Alexa Urbaniak is a Master of Social Work intern in New York, completing her MSW at Lancaster Bible College. With a background in psychology and criminal justice, she offers a collaborative, client‑centered space grounded in strengths‑based and cognitive‑behavioral approaches.
Alexa supports clients through life transitions, stress, and anxiety, helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and feel empowered in their daily lives. Clients can expect a compassionate listener and a safe, validating environment to explore their experiences.
Outside of her clinical work, Alexa enjoys running a vintage store, spending time outdoors with her dogs, and being with friends. She is excited to continue growing as a clinician and to support clients with empathy and professionalism.
Carrie Lewis, MHC

Carrie Lewis is a New York mental health counselor who will earn her master’s degree from SUNY Fredonia in May 2026. She brings a positive, compassionate, and direct approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.
Using CBT, DBT, ACT, and strength-based, person-centered techniques, Carrie helps clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence and hope. She works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and stress management difficulties.
