Part-Time LMSW Counselor – Hope Counseling Location: Jamestown, NY | Hybrid (In-Person &
Telehealth)
Hope Counseling is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of New York to join
our growing team. This part-time role (10–15 hours/week) offers the opportunity to expand your
caseload over time while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to clients navigating mental
health challenges and alcohol use disorder.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide individual counseling using trauma-informed therapy tools
● Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and alcohol use concerns
● Collaborate on treatment planning and documentation
● Participate in clinical supervision and team development
● Offer services via telehealth and in-person sessions
Qualifications
● Active LMSW license in New York State
● Experience or strong interest in working with clients affected by trauma, depression,
anxiety, and alcohol use
● Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational
Interviewing, etc)
● Commitment to ethical, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care
